Multi-day Joint Commission Mock Surveys are designed to test your readiness for an actual accreditation survey. While on-site, we will perform document reviews, facility tours, and spot checks for various compliance issue within the Environment of Care / Physical Environment. This "stress test" is designed to be consultative to help find any weaknesses that your organization needs to address prior to an actual survey.

The document review can set the tone for the entire Environment of Care survey. AjudaHC can look through your documents to ensure that they meet all of the required dates, ask the right questions and match up with all other aspects of the standards. Available accreditation and compliance services can be a stand-alone service or as part of any other package. Can be done remotely.

AjudaHC continues to support our clients beyond Joint Commission Mock Surveys with accreditation and compliance services that assist in the resolution of any identified deficiencies. Our post-survey services include guidance on code interpretations, risk mitigation strategies, and the development of effective plans for improvement. This support remains available throughout the duration of the contract and extends to additional pre- and post-survey needs, regardless of the accrediting body involved. This is especially valuable with the change from The Environment of Care to The Physical Environment.
