Multi-day visits designed to test your readiness for an actual accreditation survey. While on-site, we will perform document reviews, facility tours, and spot checks for various compliance issue. This "stress test" is designed to be consultative to help find any weaknesses that your organization needs to address prior to an actual survey.

The document review can set the tone for the entire survey. AjudaHC can look through your documents to ensure that they meet all of the required dates, ask the right questions and match up with all other aspects of the standards. Available as a stand-alone service or as part of any other package. Can be done remotely.
